UDHAMPUR, Feb 13 (Online): A Kashmiri youth was tortured to death during the custody of India Army in Udhampur district.
The youth identified as Shamsuddin was arrested by Indian army and police from his house a month ago and was martyred at the Indian Army’s torture center.
