Coronavirus vaccination drive falls prey to delayed executions in terms of immunizing frontline-health workers across the country as only 34 workers have reportedly been vaccinated so far. 

As per the shared sources, Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) has only vaccinated four frontline health workers on day one. 

An allegation of lacking coordination between the district health department, NADRA and administration of hospitals for the execution of vaccination drive has been raised by health workers. 

Recently a record of 12000 unfortunate deaths due to coronavirus has been surpassed.

So far the number of confirmed coronavirus cases have culminated to 251,047 in Sindh, 160,935 in Punjab 68,531 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 41,994 in Islamabad, 18,869 in Balochistan, 9,219 in Azad Kashmir and 4,916 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to the recent statistics so far,  Punjab reports 4,900, 4,119 in Sindh, 1,957 in KP, 480 in Islamabad, 272 in Azad Kashmir, 196 in Balochistan, whereas 102 people have lost their lives in GB.
