SIALKOT, May 14 (Online): PTI has claimed that several PTI members including Usman Dar have been arrested in Sialkot.
Usman Dar has issued video statement on his twitter account saying they have been arrested from Sialkot ground and the police have put them in prison van. They thing they will imprison our passion and spirit for Imran Khan by putting us in van.
He held “I say to youths of Sialkot to come out of their homes. The movement for real independence will run at every cost.
Usman Dar said that he stands with PTI Chairman and his love for Imran Khan will not be affected even if he is sent to jail. He reiterated that former premier will attend the rally no matter what.
Sialkot district management has stopped PTI workers to make arrangements for public meeting in CTI ground without permission.
The heavy contingent of police reached the CTI ground to stop the arrangements and besieged the ground.
PTI workers put up resistance on removing their chairs and other things.
Police fired tear gas shells to disperse the workers.
District management said permission was not obtained by PTI from the owners of CTI ground. We can not allow any one to hold public meeting without the permission of owners of the ground.
