Bilawal demands Polish govt to allow Pakistani students’ entry

LAHORE – February 27 (ONLINE): Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Sunday urged government of Poland to allow Pakistani students’ entry to Polish land, adding that hundreds of Pakistanis await their entrance to Poland at the border crossings of war-hit Ukraine and Poland.

“Hundreds of Pakistanis are camped at Poland-Ukraine borders despite severe chilly weathers, waiting for Polish government’s permission to enter their country” he said, in a statement here.

Bilawal said that awaiting Pakistanis were needed to be transferred to Poland on humanitarian basis for their safe evacuation from war-torn Ukraine and return to their motherland.

Criticizing the PTI government, Bilawal said that Imran Khan’s government was showing apathy towards those innocent stranded Pakistanis which is condemnable. “The Foreign Ministry and Pakistan’s embassy in Ukraine must work on emergency basis for the safe evacuation of Pakistanis” he said.
