MINSK, Jul 7 : Double Olympic champion Ivan Litvinovich has won the third stage of the Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup 2025 in a row, BelTA has learned.
The third stage of the Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup 2025 was hosted by Coimbra, Portugal. On the opening day of the tournament, 5 July, Ivan Litvinovich was on the verge of elimination in the qualification round, having outpaced his teammate Sebastsyan Stankevich by only half a point. Ivan overcame the semi-final barrier on 6 July from first place, and in the evening final he came out on top to clinch the gold medal with 66.370 points. A year ago, the Belarusian was also victorious in Portugal. Ivan Litvinovich has not lost in the current season of the World Cup. He recently secured victory at the Riccione stage in Italy, following a win in Baku.
Another Belarusian athlete, Andrei Builou, won bronze in the men’s individual event in Coimbra, earning 63.960 points. Wang Zisai from China clinched silver (65.270). Stanislau Yaskevich finished in the 17th place. A total of 59 trampoline gymnasts took part in the competition. Another Belarusian, Katsiaryna Yarshova, won the women’s final in Portugal.
