ISLAMABAD, FEB 27 (ONLINE): 3 sisters were crushed to death by a speeding vehicle in Sabeen area of Gilgit-Baltistan on Thursday.
4 girls students including 3 sisters were standing on footpath on their way to school when a speeding vehicle crushed them.
3 sisters died while the forth girl was injured and taken to hospital.
According to hospital sources 4 girls were taken to hospital in critical condition. However three girls who were sisters succumbed to injuries.
As per information received from hospital, 3 girls who died were daughters of one Abdul Jalil. They are residing near school.
The girls who died aged between 10 to 12 years.
The bodies of 3 girls have been handed over to the family members. The injured girl is being provided medical treatment .
The angry mob set ablaze the vehicle after accident.
The owner of the vehicle fled the scene after accident and efforts are underway to arrest him.
