LAHORE, JAN 13 (ONLINE): PTI secretary general Suleman Akram Raja has challenged Election Tribunal (ET) headed by former judge.
Objection has been raised on ET comprising former judge Lahore High Court Rana Zahid Mehmood through the petition.
Suleman Akram Raja has said in the petition Elections tribunals were constituted comprising sitting and former judges of high court.
The petitioner said the formation of ETs led by former judges side by side with ETs comprising sitting judges runs contrary to independence of judiciary.
