LAHORE, OCT 03 (ONLINE): Name of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, his son Rasikh Elahi and his daughter in law Zara Elahi has been removed from Passport Control List (PCL) under the order of Lahore High Court (LHC).
The case seeking removal of name of Pervaiz Elahi and others from PCL came up for hearing in single bench of LHC led by justice Shams Mehmood Mirza Thursday.
Abuzar Suleman Khan Niazi gave arguments on behalf of the petitioners.
During the hearing of the case FIA told the court in its report name of Pervaiz Elahi, Rasikh Elahi and Zara Elahi have been removed from PCL.
The court wrapped up the petition in the light of FIA report.
Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others had filed petition for removal of their names from PCL.
