ISLAMABAD, FEB 03 (ONLINE): FIA has issued another call up notice to Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder.
FIA Counter Terrorism Wing (CTW) has summoned Aleema Khan at 11 a.m on February 06 for investigation.
Aleema Khan has been directed to appear at 11 am on February 6 in CTW headquarters Islamabad.
Notice has been issued under 160 CRPC in connection with inquiry No 24/4.
The notice contains allegations of fomenting hate material through electronic and print media and creating fissure between people and army through criminal conspiracy.
In case of her non appearance it will be considered she has nothing to say in her defence.` Legal proceedings will be initiated if she does not appear.
The call up notice has been issued to Aleema Khan at her Lahore residence address.
FIA cyber crime wing has summoned Aleema Khan at 11 am today too.
