Hearing of bail pleas of PTI founder could not take place in siege, arson case on Jan 17

ISLAMABAD, Jan 17 (Online): Hearing of the bail pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan in siege and arson and attacks on sensitive sites could not take place Wednesday and was adjourned till January 20.

The hearing was adjourned without proceedings due to absence of prosecutor.

PTI founder is nominated in 12 cases of May 9 incidents.

The bail petitions came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) led by Judge Malik Ijaz Asif.

PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi have been indicted in Toshakhana case and 190 million pounds reference.

Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court (AC) heard the case in Adiala jail.
NAB Deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi was also present in the court along with his team. Former chairman PTI Imran Khan , his wife and sisters were also present in the court room.
