OKARA – Students of the University of Okara’s Department of Science Education presented creative and innovative models on environment, ecology and sustainable development in a two-day exhibition.
VC Prof Dr Muhammad Zakria Zakar, Chairperson Dr Nasrin Akhtar, and judges from the faculty of life science visited the exhibition and appreciated students for their state-of-the-art works. Talking to students, the VC said that the UO administration always encouraged ingenious thinking and practical learning. “We are empowering and facilitating the students to work on industry-oriented and cutting edge ideas so that they would be able to bring change in the society.”
The exhibition ended with the prize distribution ceremony where the top-ranked stalls were awarded with certificates and shields.
