Talking about Dr Affan Qaiser, the patient said, “I came to Dr Affan Qaiser for a check up from district Vehari. Soon after we entered his hospital, the doctor’s staff recommended us the tests and ultrasound. We didn’t meet Dr Affan Qaiser and they charged us a heavy fee of ten thousand rupees. When Dr Affan Qaiser came, he asked me the problem and also informed me that he already has a patient on Anesthesia and he’s in a hurry.
