Washington –January 11 (Online): The United States and Russia have failed to reach any agreement on the Ukraine issue.
During their talks in Geneva, both sides gave no sign of narrowing their differences, as Moscow repeated its demands which Washington says cannot be accepted.
However, the two sides agreed to continue efforts to reduce tension on the issue.
The talks were attended by US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
