ISLAMABAD , August 09 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while rejecting chairman PTI plea for immediate suspension of his conviction in Toshakhana case has issued notice on the petition regarding suspension of conviction.
The petition filed by chairman PTI seeking suspension of his conviction in Toshakhana case and suspension of trial court verdict came up for hearing before a division bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri Wednesday.
The court while rejecting plea of chairman PTI for immediate suspension of his conviction issued notice on the petition.
CJ IHC ordered that the record of the case be also called.
