ISLAMABAD, JAN 06 (ONLINE): Deadlock has emerged in the talks between government and PTI.
The government has now demanded of written agreement in addition to written charter of demand in the event the talks succeed .
PTI has said signing agreement or giving written charter of demand will be tantamount to seek NRO.
The final decision on these two matters will be made by PTI founder Imran Khan.
Government sources said that not giving the written charter of demand by PTI has become cause of deadlock.
Speaker National Assembly (NA) Ayyaz Sadiq has avoided to convene meeting of negotiation committees.
According to sources PTI will decide about written charter of demand after meeting with PTI founder.
Government too is hesitant to move ahead without written charter of demand.
PTI has started considering written charter of demand as NRO.
Government has made another big decision with reference to talks after the written demands are received.
According to it PTI will have to sign a written agreement with government if charter of demand is accepted.
Speaker office has not contacted any third party in connection with third round of talks.
Government spokesperson Irfan Siddiqui has informed PML-N president Nawaz Sharif about all the situation.
