Islamabad-February 12 (ONLINE) Sub Inspector Liaquat Ali was martyred in the limits of Bhara Kahu Islamabad.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) operations Faisal Kamran, incident in Bhara Kahu occurred because of the animosity between two groups. And two accused of one group fired over the members of another group. One police officer was martyred and another one was injured as a result of the firing.
SSP Kamran maintained, police while chasing them, apprehended one accused in wounded condition.
Accused car rider fired over police and as a result Sub inspector Liaquat Ali was martyred, SSP held.
He told, that injured police cop and culprit haven been shifed to the hospital for treatment.
