PSPA to review SOP for new payment model

LAHORE, Jan 07 :Punjab Social Projection Authority (PSPA) Chief Executive Officer Ali Shahzad chaired a meeting to review and finalise the standard operating procedure (SOP) for new payment model in collaboration with JazzCash and Sapphire Consulting.
Deputy CEO PSPA Syed Asif Hussain Shah along with other PSPA officers participated

in the meeting.Under the new payment model, JazzCash has been engaged as the payment service provider, leveraging its extensive network of cash-out agents to facilitate faster and seamless payment withdrawals.
Moreover, Sapphire Consulting is developing an advanced ERP system for the PSPA to enhance operational efficiency, automate processes and strengthen monitoring as well as reporting mechanisms.
The partnership underscores PSPA’s commitment to delivering transparent, efficient and reliable social protection services, ensuring that vital support reaches those who need it most.
