LAHORE, APRIL 09 (ONLINE): Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz and co-accused could not be indicted in fake appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA) case.
Duty Judge Anti Corruption Court Lahore took up for hearing alleged fake appointments in PA case for hearing Wednesday.
Exemption from attendance plea was filed from Pervaiz Elahi during the hearing of the case.
The petitioner told the court Pervaiz Elahi is having back pain and he cannot appear in the court due to this reason.
The court was requested to approve one day exemption plea of Pervaiz Elahi..
The other accused who were nominated in the case appeared in the court and they got completed their attendance.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 29.
It is pertinent to mention here court has sought arguments on the acquittal plea of Pervaiz Elahi.
