High-level meeting employees welfare held in Sheikhupura

SHEIKHUPURA, Dec 11 :A high-level meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner office in Sheikhupura on Wednesday to discuss the welfare of government employees, chaired by DC Shahid Imran Marth.
According to DC office, the meeting was convened on the special instructions of Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Chief Secretary of Punjab, and Commissioner Lahore.
The meeting reviewed pending cases of promotion and upgradation of government employees, with DC Marth issuing instructions to complete these cases within the next 7 days.
He praised the initiative of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, aimed at promoting and upgrading government employees.
A committee has been formed to oversee the upgradation process, comprising key officials, including the Additional Deputy Commissioner General, Assistant Commissioner, and Admin Officer.
This move is expected to bring significant benefits to government employees.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance Mian Nazir Ahmed, along with heads of all branches of the DC office.
The Punjab government’s efforts to prioritize the welfare of its employees are in line with its mission to develop a healthy, sustainable, safe, and prosperous province, as outlined by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
