Osama Satti murder case: Court awards death sentence to 2 accused, life Imprisonment to 3

ISLAMABAD, FEB 06 (Online): Additional Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry has awarded death sentence to two and life imprisonment to three accused besides imposing fine of Rs one lac to two each in Osama Satti murder case.
Additional Sessions Judge Zeba Chaudhry announced verdict of Osama Satti muder case Moday.
All media men and irrelevant persons were expelled from court room before announcement of the decision. .

The accused Iftikhar Ahmad, Saeed Ahmad, Shakil Ahmad and Muhammad Mustafa were presented before the court handcuffed.

The accused Iftikhar Ahmad and Muhammad Mustafa were awarded death sentence while Saeed Ahmad, Shakil and Mudassar Mukhtar were awarded life imprisonment Fine of Rs one lac was imposed each on the accused Iftikhar Ahmad and Muhammad Mustafa.

Talking to media men the counsels Raja Faisal Younis and others said today court has set its precedent in its decision. Father of Osama has fought case bravely.

Police men had fired 22 bullets on Osama. If two or three such decisions are made then police will never fire bullets this way.
