Opposition parties in KP assembly move PHC against not administering oath on reserved seats

PESHAWAR, March 25 (ONLINE): Opposition parties in KP assembly has filed petition in Peshawar High Court (PHC) against not administering oath to members elected on reserved seats.

PHC has been moved on the matters of not administering oath on reserved seats and not summoning KP assembly session.

Opposition parties have filed petition in this regard. The petition has been filed by PPP, PML-N and minorities candidates through Tariq Afridi advocate.

The petitioners have taken stance in the petition that assembly be summoned and oath be administered on reserved seats.
