ISLAMABAD, APRIL 09 (ONLINE): K.Electric has filed application in NEPRA seeking a big reduction in the electricity tariff for consumers of Karachi.
As per media reports , K-Electric is likely to scale down cost of electricity by Rs 6.62 per unit.
The application for reduction in cost of electricity has been filed for the month of February under the head of monthly fuel adjustment.
According to application consumers from Karchi will get relief over Rs 6.66 billion due to curtailment in cost of electricity.
NEPRA will hear K-Electric plea on April 16.
