Jamat-e-Islami worker gunned down in Karachi

KARACHI, January 03 (Online): One Wasim Siddiqui, worker of JI has been killed in firing by unknown persons in the area of Orangi Town near No 1 Jamia Masjid Musmalin here.

SHO Ali Raza said the victim has been identified as Wasim Siddiqui, 42.

As per preliminary information the deceased was called by someone from his home and he was a travel agent by profession. It is suspected he has been killed by someone due to personal grudge.

A large number of JI leaders and workers assembled on the scene where JI worker Wasim Siddiqui wsa gunned down.

They demanded of the government to arrest immediately those involved in murder of Wasim Siddiqui. JI will soon announce its strategy soon. The victim was father of 4 children. JI condemns strongly this ghastly murder.
