FAISALABAD, Sep 22 (APP):Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) on Wednesday arrested Ziladar of Irrigation department accused of abusing powers and corruption.
ACE spokesman said here that a citizen Zaheer Ahmad resident of Gujjar Town Chak No.240-GB filed a complaint, stating that Ch.Younas,Ziladar had received Rs.450000/- as bribe while he was demanding Rs.10000 more for a legal work.
On this complaint, Circle Officer ACE Afzaal Hussain along with magistrate Rana Waheed conducted a surprise raid and nabbed Ziladar Chaudhary Younus red handed while taking bribe.
The raiding team also recovered marked current notes from him and locked him behind the bars for further investigation.
