ATTOCK, Sep 6 (Online): A woman raped in the jurisdiction of Bahtar police station. Police have registered an FIR AND are on the hunt to arrest the accused. Samra r/o Taxila told police that almost 20 days ago a man Muhammad Tufail contacted her on her cell phone and promised her of giving
her job in a Atomic Department.
The accused asked her to reach Maqam Bus Stop and when she reached there by a public transport, Tufail was already waiting there. Samra further revealed that Tufail took her to a nearby house, raped her and gave her life threats if the matter will be disclosed.
Police on the complaint of the lady have started investigation and sent her to Rural Health Center Bahtar for medical examination.
