ANF recovers over 86 kg drugs in 5 operations

RAWALPINDI, Jul 15 (APP):Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) while conducting five operations managed to recover over 86 kg drugs and arrested 11 accused, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman here on Monday.
He informed that 810 grams ice was recovered from a parcel booked for Bahrain at Karachi Airport.

150 intoxicated tablets were recovered from an accused arrested near a college in Peshawar.
15.6 kg opium, 8.4 kg hashish, and 7 kg ice were recovered from two vehicles intercepted in Kasur while 7 accused were arrested during the operation.

34.8 kg opium, 17.1 kg hashish, and 1 kg suspicious material were recovered in Faisalabad and 2 suspects were arrested.
In 5th operation, 2.2 kg of weed was recovered from the possession of an accused netted in Al-Asif Square Karachi.
Cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act have been registered against the arrested accused and further investigations are under process.
