Islamabad, September 7, 2022 (Online): During the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee, the members of the committee were angry with the Secretary Election Commission for starting reply with poetry, the Secretary Commission had to apologize.
According to details, during the Public Accounts Committee meeting on Wednesday, when Secretary Election Commission Umar Hameed Khan started his speech with some verses of poetry, the members of the committee got angry.
Committee member Burgis Tahir said, “Don’t you know that you are sitting in the PAC meeting?”
Committee member Nizhat Pathan said to explain the meaning of this poem
Nisar Ahmad Cheema, a member of the committee, said that the Secretary Election Commission has insulted the members of the committee
On which the Secretary Election Commission apologized to the PAC members for his poem.
