Violation of constitution in chairman, dy chairman Senate election case : IHC clubs petition with another pending case

ISLAMABAD, April 26 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has clubbed the petition seeking action against the violation of constitution in the election of Chairman and deputy chairman Senate has clubbed it with another pending hearing petition.

Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq remarked during the hearing of the case on Friday that one petition had come earlier. We will club this petition with that petition. The petition seeking initiation of proceedings against violation of constitution in the election of chairman and Deputy chairman Senate came up for hearing in IHC Friday.

The court clubbed it with another pending hearing petition.
CJ IHC remarked another petition was filed and we will club this petition with that pending petition. The petitioner said the previous petition was probably filed by PTI which was submitted on the day of election of chairman Senate.

The CJ IHC remarked first of all we will see which was that petition with which we would club this case. The petitioner said case will be heard when. I have come from Sargodha. The CJ IHC Aamer Farooq remarked ” you can go. We will first see which petition is pending hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case.
