Transporters should cut fares after big drop in petrol and diesel prices, Murtaza Solangi

Islamabad OCTOBER 16 (Online): Caretaker Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi said that after big reduction in the prices of petrol and diesel, it is necessary for transport sector to provide relief to the people by reducing fares.

In his tweet on Sunday, the Caretaker Federal Information Minister said that as soon as possible for caretaker government petrol was made cheaper by RS 40 and diesel by RS 15 per liter.

As these prices have increased, the transport sector has increased freight and fares and now they are required to reduce them and provide relief to public.

He said that provincial and district administration should pay their role in this regard.
