ISLAMABAD, August 11 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) has fixed former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi bail plea for hearing on August 16.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan and comprising Justice Jamal Mandokhail and Justice Shah Waheed will hear the petition.
Pervez Elahi had prayed for nullifying the Lahore High Court division bench July 17decision.
