Sindh government has recruited army of law officers: CJP

ISLAMABAD, MARCH 07 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) has reserved judgment on the matter of appointment of 7 officers of grade-17 in forest department Sindh. The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa rejected the reply of chief secretary Sindh declaring it highly disappointing.

The CJP remarked Sindh government has employed army of law officers. Pension is paid to judges and government employees out of pockets of oppressed people.
The CJP gave these remarks while presiding over a 3-member bench of SC during the hearing of case pertaining to appointment of 7 officers of grade 17 in Sindh forest department Thursday.

Chief Secretary Sindh appeared in the court with video link. The CJP said to chief secretary Sindh the reply filed by him is very disappointing. Relaxation in the age of 15 years has been kept under what law. Pension is paid to judges and government officers out of the pockets of oppressed people. Sindh government has recruited army of 75 law officers.

The court rejected reply of chief secretary Sindh. The court directed chief secretary Sindh to file written reply again within 15 days.
The court said in its order if some respondent wants to file reply one can file it. The court reserved the judgmen
