Sindh Assembly opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh arrested from Lahore

LAHORE, July 06 (Online): Opposition leader in Sindh Assembly (SA) Haleem Adil Sheikh has been arrested from Lahore.
PTI spokesperson has claimed unknown persons in plain clothes have arrested Haleem Adil Sheikh in the area of Gulberg Lahore.

PTI central leader Asad Umar while terming the arrest of Haleem Adil Sheikh kidnapping said the situation is test for bar, bench, media and human rights organizations.

Imran Ismail while commenting on the arrest said if any harm is caused to Haleem Adil Sheikh then Sindh government will be responsible for it.

Shahbaz Gill said Haleem Adil Sheikh detention testifies bewilderment of the ever trembling incumbent government. Haleem Adil has been kept at unknown destination and has not been presented in the court.

He held it is not Imran Riaz who has been fettered but it is democracy which has been handcuffed. What is happening is not happening good for the country, he cautioned.
