LAHORE, Feb 19 (ONLINE): PTI leaders including Dr Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mehmood ur Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry and Umar Sarfraz Cheema are likely to be indicted in siege and arson and provocative speeches case in next hearing.
The case related to provocative speech on Sherpao Pull, siege and arson and torching police vehicles in Gulberg cass came up for hearing before Jude Arshid Javed Chadhar of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Monday.
PTI leaders including Dr Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mehmood ur Rashid, Ijaz Chaudhry, Umar Sarfraz Cheema and others were presented in the court.
The court while summoning the accused on next hearing for indictment in both of the cases adjourned the hearing till March 2.
It is pertinent to mention here the court has distributed copies of challan in arson and siege and provocative speeches cases.
