LAHORE 19 April (ONLINE): Prosecutor General is considering to file case in high court to increase the penalty of 88 accused in Sialkot incident of killing a Sri Lankan citizen.
Prosecutor General Rana Arif Kamal Noon consulted with prosecutor on Tuesday to challenge the verdict of Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) in the High Court to increase the penalty.
According to the sources verdict to release Bilal, the accused will also be challenged.
Prosecutor General Arif said that 43 eye witnesses statements has been penned down but the punishment offered by court is so less.
