KARACHI, FEB 06 (ONLINE): Sindh High Court (SHC) has expressed annoyance over repeated closure and suspension of internet service across the country. The petition filed in SHC against repeated closure and suspension of internet service in the country came up for hearing before single bench of SHC led by the Chief Justice Aqeel Ahmad Abbasi Tuesday.
The CJ SHC remarked during the hearing that If our internet does not run then how will it have run any where else. It seems as if the matter will become all right after election.
The court issued stay order regarding restoration of the internet service uninterrupted across the country besides issuing orders for continuing mobile internet service across the country uninterrupted.
The court adjourned the hearing till February 21 due to non presence of PTA counsel.
