LAHORE, Sep 24 (Online): Inquiry committee investigating the recording of fake entry of corona virus vaccination in the name of Nawaz Sharif has held 7 persons responsible in the matter.
The inquiry committee has worked out and presented its report to Chief Minister (CM) Punjab holding 7 persons responsible for make fake entry of corona virus vaccination.
The report said the staff members appointed in the vaccination centre was untrained. Disclosure has been made about cancellation of several entries of corona virus vaccination from vaccination centre of Kot Khawaja Hospital. The Medical Superintendent was found involved in major negligence. Contradictions were found during the checking of the record.
The committee has recommended to take action against MS, Senior officer,, clerk, nurse, ward boy, chowkidar and PA.
The report said that further investigations into the matter will be carried out by FIA.
The MS of Kot Khawaja Saeed hospital has been suspended
