Rawalpindi-January 23 (Online): During an operation in North Waziristan, security forces recovered large quantity of weapons and ammunition, a statement from Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said Sunday.
According to ISPR, operation was conducted on intelligence based information. Secret hideouts of terrorist were targeted.
Large quantity of ammunition and weapons were recovered in the operation. Forces also recovered material used in making IEDs from the hideouts.
Sub machine guns, RPG7, hand grenades and large sum of bullets were included in the recovered weapons.
