ISLAMABAD, May 29 (Online): District Court has adjourned hearing of case pertaining to violation of section 144 against PTI leaders Ali Nawaz Awan and Raja Khurram Nawaz till June 10 due to non appearance of investigation officer.
The case on violation of section 144 came up for hearing before Islamabad Sessions court led by additional session’s judge Sikandar Khan.
Judge Sikandar Khan inquired where investigation officer is.
The counsel for the accused said we want to give arguments in the presence of the investigation officer.
The counsel for the petitioners requested the court to adjourn the hearing due to non appearance of investigation officer.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till June 10.
