Islamabad – September 26 (Online): Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday will hear a petition seeking a nationwide referendum on presidential form of government in the country.
According to judges’ roster and cause list of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, hearing for petition filed for installment of presidential form of government will be held Monday.
Moreover, SC will also hear plea for the bail suspension of PPP’s senior leader Syed Khurshid Shah and family. Khurshid Shah is accused of having assets beyond means.
