ISLAMABAD, Feb 12 (Online): Petition has been filed in Supreme Court (SC) seeking court order to declare February 8 election null and void. Federal government and Election Commission (EC) have been made respondents in the petition.
Petition has been filed by a citizen Ali Khan.
It has been requested in the petition that election held on February 8 be nullified. The process of government making as a result of February 8 election be stopped. Order be issued for conducting election afresh under judiciary.
Orders be issued for investigation into rigging, election fraud and initiation of action against responsible persons.
