ISLAMABAD, SEP (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed the petition filed against NAB Court decision on declaring former finance minister Ishaq Dar proclaimed offender being the petition withdrawn by the petitioner.
A two member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan took up the case for hearing Wednesday.
Suleman Butt advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Ishaq Dar. He told the court that they want take the said matter to the respective forum. Therefore, they are taking back the petition.
The court wrapped up the matter by dismissing the petition being withdrawn by the petitioner.
