ISLAMABAD, FEB 09 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) has directed Higher Education Commission (HEC) to verify certificates of PIA pilots soon.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan took up the case for hearing Thursday.
The counsel for PIA told the court the certificates of all the pilots of PIA were sent to HEC in 2020 for verification.
Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan inquired from the counsel for HEC where the process of verification of certificates of pilots PIA has reached.
The counsel for HEC Nazir Jawad told the court the process for verification of certificates of PIA pilots is underway.
The court while giving the order to HEC for completing the process of verification of certificates of PIT pilots soon adjourned the hearing of the case till next month.
