He is the second leader of PTI whom relief has been given on Friday;.
PTI leader Sana Ullah Masti Khel from Bhakkar was allowed to contest election on Thursday.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah took up the case for hearing Friday.
