ISLAMABAD, April 19 (Online): Prosecutor Rana Hassan Abbas has got recorded the statement of a witness bank manager Umme Nisa in district court Islamabad in Sara Inam muder case.
The case came up for hearing before Sessions judge Atta Rabbani on Wednesday.
Prosecutor Rana Hassan Abbas appeared in the court.
The police presented major accused Shahnawaz Amir in the court.
Basharat Ullah counsel for the accused could not appear in the court due to his engagements in Supreme Court (SC).
Bank manager Umme Nisa while recording her statement told the court she provided bank statement of Shahnawaz Amir to investigation officer on November 06. Bank statement of the accused Shahnawaz Amir was provided for the period from January 01 to November 06 of last year.
She told the court the investigation officer recorded her statement with reference to bank statement.
The court adjourned the hearing of Sara Inam murder case till May 03.
