ISLAMABAD Sep 24 (Online): The roster of judges has been issued for the hearing of various cases in the Supreme Court, in which five benches will hear the cases on September 25 and September 28.
According to the issued cause list, each bench will hear more than 300 different cases in four days.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Issa, Justice Aminuddin and Justice Athar Manullah in bench number one, Justice Sardar Tariq and Justice Musrat Hilali in bench number two, Justice Ejazul Ahsan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Shahdoheed in bench number three, Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Naqvi in bench number four. And Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and bench number five includes Justice Jamal Khan Mandukhel, Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi.
The series of disposal of cases started by Chief Justice Qazi Faizi Yasei after taking oath continues continuously.
Fifteen cases have been fixed in each bench on a daily basis. In this sense, the number of cases in all the five benches is 75, of which more are being disposed of. The decisions are also being released on the website.
In this way, according to the cause list, September 25th to September 28th are two days, thus 60 cases are made per bench of each bench and the total number of cases of all five benches is 300.
Apart from this, the Chief Justice of Pakistan has tried to fix all kinds of cases for hearing. Matters, property cases, and many other cases are being scheduled for hearing.
