ISLAMABAD, May 08 (Online): PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said has said rejection of the petition seeking restoration of Punjab Assembly (PA) by the court is absolutely correct decision.
” the plea for restoration of PA is tantamount to make mockery of constitution. New elections are only constitutional way. The present provincial assemblies are unconstitutional. We will file case under article 6 against the chief ministers and members of cabinet of the existing unconstitutional cabinet of KP and Punjab whenever we get opportunity. All the administrative orders and expenses being incurred in these two provinces are un- constitutional. This recovery will be made from the personal accounts of these ministers, he said this in a statement issued here Monday.
