ISLAMABAD, APRIL 05 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued detailed decision of dismissal of sedition case against PTI leader Shandana Gulzar.
The court declared that registration of sedition case without legal process is wastage of time and state resources.
It has been further said in detailed decision that no doubt the statement of Shandana Gulzar are against individuals and authorities. Article 19 with some restrictions gives full freedom of expression.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has issued 15-page detailed decision.
