ISLAMABAD, January 17 (Online): Physical remand of 3 employees of CDA has been approved in refugees land allotment case.
3 days physical remand has been approved regarding patwari Abid Hussain, Rashid and Assistant Aftab Aslam.
According to FIA revenue staff caused loss to CDA amounting to Rs 1 billion through illegal compensation.
CDA patwari and other staff members are nominated in FIR. The heirs of Akbar Ali received compensation of illegal plots in connivance with CDA revenue staff members.
The original file has to be recovered, therefore, 7 days physical remand of the accused persons be given. Members of land mafia have to be arrested on pointation of the accused.
Judicial magistrate Abbas Shah approved 3-day physical remand of the accused persons.
