ISLAMABAD, March 21 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) has accepted review petitions of Atta ul Haq Qasmi, Ishaq Dar, Pervaiz Rashid and Fawad Hassan Fawad in the case of recovery of over 190 million rupees from former MD PTV Atta Ul Haq Qasmi and others . The court has maintained no evidence of corruption or nepotism could be found.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa maintained there is no evidence of corruption or nepotism. There are no evidence regarding loss of over Rs 190 million to PTV. The decision for recovering money from Atta ul Haq Qasmi, Pervez Rashid, Ishaq Dar and Fawad Hassan Fawad is not correct.The court abolished the ban on appointment of Atta Ul Haq Qasmi as director in future.
