Islamabad – December 26 (ONLINE): Federal Minister for information and broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said Sunday that Gilgit Baltistan’s ex chief judge Rana Shamim had notarized affidavit against former Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar while sitting at former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s office and in his presence.
Rana Shamim, in the affidavit had accused former CJP Mian Saqib Nisar of collusion to deny bails to PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz before the general elections 2018— notarized in the presence of Nawaz Sharif at his office.
Taking it to twitter, Fawad Chaudhary said Rana Shamim had notarized affidavit against former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar and other judges of IHC in front of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in his office.
“New revelations have one more time proved Sharif family a Sicilian mafia and revealed how they could blackmail courts and other state institutions as a mafia” Fawad Chaudhry tweeted.
